Do food and beverage workers in YOUR town know about the Restaurants Care relief fund? That’s where you come in. 

Help spread the word about Restaurants Care’s free safety-net fund right in your own neighborhood by delivering info packets to 10 local restaurants. It’s simple, quick, and makes a real difference.

This is a flexible volunteer opportunity you can do on your own schedule, alone or with friends. 

How much time does this take?
Volunteers must attend a one-hour Zoom training to learn how to talk about Restaurants Care. From there, you choose when to drop off your 10 packets.

What if I live in a rural area?
Then we really need you! You can help food and beverage workers in small towns learn about this safety-net fund available to them.

Do I need to talk for a long time?
Not at all. A simple 1–2 minute conversation with the manager or shift lead is perfect.

Is there any pressure on restaurants to donate or sign up?
None. This outreach is informational only. You are simply letting them know help exists and providing a printed resource packet.

Can I volunteer with a friend or group?
Yes! It’s always more fun to go in pairs or small groups. We encourage everyone to complete the Zoom training before volunteering.

When are the quarterly Zoom trainings? 
– January 7 from 9:00 – 10:00am

Bravo! Our team can send you additional packets for outreach.
